MULTIPLY is happening August 21–24 in Charlotte.
Four nights of worship, encounter, and revival fire.

MULTIPLY is a four-day gathering designed to fan the flames of revival across our city, region, and beyond. We believe the Holy Spirit is releasing fresh sparks of awakening—and our response is to come together in hunger, unity, and obedience.

We’re creating space for pastors, leaders, worshipers, and young people to be equipped, refreshed, and sent back into their communities carrying fire.

Each moment is designed to stir something deep—not to impress, but to ignite.

main SCHEDULE

  • Night One begins at 7PM in our Prayer Room! If you’ve ever been to The Gate, you know the weight of the atmosphere in that space. In November 2022, revival broke out during a pre-service prayer gathering—and we’ve never been the same. Since then, we’ve hosted hundreds of prayer meetings, welcomed thousands of hungry hearts, and witnessed people healed, refreshed, and set on fire in the presence of God. That’s why we’re intentionally starting our four-night gathering in prayer. Come ready. Come hungry. Let’s start where revival started.

  • Friday morning at 9AM we kick off a special gathering for church leaders. There will be space for connection, worship, discipleship, and empowerment. John and Tiffany Matthews, along with their leadership team, will offer strategic teaching on how to steward revival within a culture of power, love, and a sound mind. Registration is required for these sessions, and space is limited.

  • Friday night at 7PM, we are excited to welcome special guest Robby Dawkins. Robby is an international speaker, author, and revivalist known for equipping believers to walk in power, evangelism, and the supernatural. He has ministered in some of the most dangerous regions of the world, boldly demonstrating the love and power of Jesus through healing, deliverance, and prophetic ministry. The Gate Worship Team will be leading us in worship as we gather in faith, expecting God to move in power. We believe this night will stir fresh boldness, ignite faith, and call many into a lifestyle of radical obedience.

  • Saturday morning at 10AM, we will host a powerful time of Healing Worship in the Sanctuary, alongside Prophetic Rooms for church leaders in the Prayer Room (*registration required for Prophetic Rooms). We encourage you to join us for this significant morning. The Healing Worship provides a sacred space for life-changing encounters with the presence of God, while the Prophetic Rooms offer encouragement, clarity, and strengthening for leaders in this hour.

  • Saturday evening at 7PM, we are honored to be joined by our dear friends, John and Carol Arnott. John and Carol have played a pivotal role in releasing revival fire around the world and have been deeply involved over the past few years as the Holy Spirit has been moving powerfully at The Gate. We are confident this evening will leave you marked by the presence of God—refreshed, empowered, and filled with the fire of the Holy Spirit.

  • Sunday morning, The Gate will hold two services at 9AM and 11:15AM, with pre-service prayer beginning 45 minutes before each service. We would love to have you join us. John Matthews will be ministering, and we are expectant for a powerful move of God as we gather in faith and hunger.

  • Sunday evening at 6PM is going to be something special. When revival first broke out at The Gate, we felt a clear call to create space for youth and young adults to encounter the life-changing presence of the Holy Spirit. This Sunday night, Robby Dawkins will be ministering once again, and we want to fill the room with hungry, passionate, Jesus-loving teens. They are the next move of God. Adults are welcome to attend, but seating priority will be given to teenagers. Get ready for a wild, fiery night!

church leaders

Join us for two intentional gatherings designed to equip and strengthen church leaders—pastors, ministry directors, and leadership team members actively serving in the local church.

The Leadership Gathering will take place on Friday, August 22 from 9AM–3PM and includes worship, teaching, and strategic activation with John & Tiffany Matthews and The Gate leadership team. Cost is $15 per person and registration is required.

On Saturday, August 23 from 10AM–12PM, we will host Prophetic Rooms specifically for church leaders. These sessions are free but require separate registration due to limited availability. This is a safe and honoring space to receive personal or team prophetic ministry for encouragement and clarity.

FAQs

IS THIS A CONFERENCE?

No, this is not a conference. Our heart is to keep these gatherings accessible to everyone. There is no registration required and no cost to attend the public sessions.

IS THERE A COST TO ATTEND?

There is no registration cost, but we will receive a love offering at each service. We believe there is a powerful connection between honor, generosity, and stewarding a move of God. In His hometown, even Jesus was limited in what He could do because of a lack of honor. We want to bless our guest speakers generously, so please prepare your heart to give as the Lord leads you.

how early should i arrive?

Seating for all gatherings is first-come, first-served. We recommend arriving and getting in line 90 minutes before Friday and Saturday evening services, as sanctuary doors will open 60 minutes prior, allowing you to save your seat and enter the Prayer Room for pre-service worship and ministry. For the Sunday night youth service, sanctuary doors will open 30 minutes before service begins. Please note: the Prayer Room will not be open on Sunday evening, and Sunday morning follows a different schedule.

is there child care?

Childcare will not be provided for any of the gatherings outside of The Gate’s Sunday morning services. Children are welcome to attend with you, as long as they are not a distraction to others. If needed, a Family Room will be available should you need to step away for a period of time.

WILL THERE BE personal MINISTRY TIME?

Yes, there will be ministry time at the end of every gathering. We believe in the laying on of hands and creating space for personal encounter. You’ll also see members of The Gate’s ministry team—wearing badges—praying for individuals throughout the Prayer Room. We kindly ask that no one engage in personal ministry unless invited or encouraged by a leader or speaker. This helps us maintain a safe and honoring environment for everyone. Please note that those who choose not to follow these protocols will be asked to leave.

how late do services go?

We do not have a set end time for any of our services, except for Sunday mornings. Our desire is to give the Holy Spirit complete freedom to move. Some nights may end early, while others may go late. If you anticipate needing to leave early, we kindly ask that you choose a seat near the back or along the aisle to minimize disruption. Please feel the freedom to leave whenever you need to.
